No. In the event that the water park is unable to open due to adverse weather conditions, you will be allowed to reschedule for another date. If you are unable to come on another date, we may cancel your booking and refund the amount paid. To do this you should contact us via the form on our website indicating your booking number and the email address you used to make the purchase. Over the phone we cannot accept exchanges as we cannot verify your identity.
